Connect your shower
Download the My Water by Orbital Systems app to access all shower settings and connect your shower to your Wi-Fi. This enables you to receive the latest software releases and get remote troubleshooting support from our Orbital Support team. Follow the steps below to connect your shower.
Download the app and create an account.
Go to Add Device and follow the instructions provided in the app.
Once your shower is connected, we recommend starting with the following settings:
Go to Device information to add a name to your shower.
Go to Settings to adjust your Control Dial shower profile to Home or Business.
Go to Advanced Settings to set up the Date & Time.
By connecting your shower you can also track your savings, adjust the cleaning schedule, get notifications when maintenance and care are needed, and control your device with the remote control. Browse the app to configure your settings!
