On average the Filter needs to be changed every three months (assuming one shower session per day). The maximum time until it needs to be replaced is 200 days.

Perform when the maintenance icon is shown on the Control Dial or in My water.

Optimise the descaling notification intervals by setting your water hardness in the My Water app settings.

This maintenance icon is shown on the Control Dial and in My Water when the UV level is low (Typically very rare. The frequency varies depending on the contamination load and hardness of the water.). Contact Orbital Support for further assistance.

Lost internet connection

Indicates that the shower can not connect to the internet. Troubleshoot your connection and check your network settings.
