Third party shower heads and diverters
When choosing third party shower heads and diverters for Orbital shower, the following requirements need to be fulfilled:
They shall not have any flow restrictors.
They should have as low back pressure as possible. Too much back pressure will result in weaker shower water flow, shorter filter lifespan and a higher pump sound.
Preferably the shower heads and diverter individually have less than 1 bar back pressure at 12 litres/min water flow, and less than 0.7 bars at 10 litres/min.
Orbital Systems recommends using diverters designed for wall integration that don't close the water path when switching between outlets. In other words, if the shower is running and the diverter is positioned between the two outlets, the water should still pour out of both of those outlets.

Water trap *
* The supplied water trap meets the European standard EN1253-1 and can be used for buildings of any height. If the building has one ground floor and up to three floors above it, you can use a water trap designed for shorter buildings that follow standards EN1253-6 and EN1253-7. Good options include the Unidrain 1417 or Unidrain 1415 models.
